Profile Enhancement Report (one-time, ₹2,999)
Because this is a personalised digital product delivered instantly, it is generally non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. However, if a genuine technical issue prevents delivery, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@acemyprep.com and we will either deliver your report or issue a full refund.
Monthly plans (Navigator ₹499/mo, Strategist ₹1,999/mo)
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of your current billing cycle. The current cycle's fee is not refundable. To cancel, email hello@acemyprep.com (or manage the subscription from your Razorpay confirmation).
Full Application Season (one-time, ₹14,999)
As advisor time is reserved for you, this package is eligible for a full refund only if requested within 3 days of purchase, provided no advisor session has been used and the Profile Enhancement report has not been delivered. After that period, or once services have begun, the package is non-refundable.
Advisor sessions
Please reschedule or cancel a booked session at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the slot to another student. Missed sessions without notice may be treated as used.
How to request a refund
Email hello@acemyprep.com with your name, registered email/phone, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
