These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website acemyprep.com and the services provided by AcemyPrep Private Limited ("Ace My Prep", "we", "us"). By using our website, tools, or purchasing any plan or report, you agree to these Terms.

3. Our services
We provide free self-serve tools (admission, ROI, scholarship, career, visa and comparison tools), a paid personalised Profile Enhancement report, subscription plans (Navigator, Strategist), a Full Application Season package, and human advisory sessions. Features and pricing may change over time.
4. No guarantee of admission or outcomes
Our tools and reports provide guidance, estimates and probabilities based on the information you provide and general data. They are not guarantees of admission, scholarships, visas, salaries, or any specific outcome. Admissions and visa decisions are made solely by the respective institutions and authorities. You remain responsible for your own applications and decisions.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
6. Payments, plans & subscriptions
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
- Monthly plans (Navigator, Strategist) renew automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.
- One-time products (Profile Enhancement report, Full Application Season) are charged once.
7. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. The quality of your report and guidance depends on the accuracy of what you share.
9. Intellectual property
All content, tools, reports and branding on this site are the property of AcemyPrep Private Limited. Your personalised report is for your individual use and may not be resold or redistributed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by third-party institutions.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
