The real reason applications fail

It's almost never a bad essay.
It's drift.

Information is free and everywhere. That was never the problem. The problem is that July becomes October, and suddenly you're applying badly to a list you picked on prestige.

July

"I'll start researching properly next weekend."

August

"I've got 14 tabs open and no shortlist."

September

"I'll write the SOP once I finalise the schools."

October

"Deadline is in 9 days. I haven't asked my recommenders."

This programme exists to break that loop. Every week there's a live session, a deliverable due, and nineteen other people who'll notice if you didn't do it.

The curriculum

Eight weeks. Eight deadlines.

Every session ends with you having done something, not just heard something. Tap any week to see inside.

WK 1

Where you actually stand

Your real odds, honestly calculated
+
  • How admissions committees actually score you — all 8 dimensions
  • Live: we run a real profile in front of the room and read the number honestly
  • Why your current shortlist is probably wrong
You leave with: your real admission probability and your 8-dimension profile score.
WK 2

The money conversation nobody has

What the loan actually costs
+
  • Your ₹40L loan is really ₹68L — the maths, worked live
  • The rule: total debt shouldn't exceed your expected first-year salary
  • Post-study work rights, country by country — and why they decide your ROI
  • When the honest answer is "not this program", or "not this year"
You leave with: your break-even year and the salary you'd need to justify it.
WK 3

Build the list properly

Fit over prestige
+
  • Why rankings measure research output, not whether you get hired
  • The four numbers that actually matter for your program
  • Live teardown: two real shortlists, rebuilt in front of everyone
You leave with: a shortlist of 8–12 programs with a stated reason for each.
WK 4

Your story, straight

Plus your 1:1 check-in
+
  • Your SOP is not your biography — it's an argument
  • Finding the through-line that connects your past, present and this program
  • The "why now" most applications never answer
  • Your private 20-minute 1:1 with an advisor happens this week
You leave with: a narrative spine you'll use across every essay.
WK 5

Writing the thing

SOP draft, started in the room
+
  • Structure: the opening that earns a second line, evidence over adjectives
  • Before/after teardowns of real SOP paragraphs
  • How to address a low CGPA in one factual paragraph, then move on
  • Peer review pairs assigned — twenty people see twenty ways to tell a story
You leave with: your first 20 minutes of SOP written live, together.
WK 6

Recommenders & the machinery

The admin that sinks people
+
  • How to brief a recommender so their letter actually helps
  • The academic CV — what to cut, what to quantify
  • Transcripts, evaluations, English tests, forms
  • Your deadline map, built backwards from R1
You leave with: recommenders approached and your full deadline map built.
WK 7

Funding

The money most students never claim
+
  • The four funding layers — and why the famous five aren't where the money is
  • The timing trap: most scholarship deadlines close before admission decisions
  • Live: we write an assistantship email to a professor together
You leave with: a ranked list of funding you're genuinely eligible for.
WK 8

Submit — then what

Interviews, visas, decisions
+
  • Final submission checklist — the errors that cost people admits
  • Interview prep, with live mocks
  • What happens after: timelines, waitlists, handling rejection
  • Visa prep and the appointment-slot bottleneck nobody plans for
You leave with: applications submitted or dated, and an interview plan.

Be honest with yourself

This isn't right for everyone.

Join if…

  • You keep meaning to start and haven't
  • You're applying to roughly 5–12 universities
  • You'd write your own essays with proper guidance
  • You want honest numbers before you commit money
  • You'd benefit from others going through it with you
  • Don't join if…

  • You want someone to write your SOP for you
  • Your profile is unusual and needs bespoke strategy
  • You're applying to 15+ schools with complex funding
  • You can't commit 90 minutes a week, live
  • Your deadlines are inside 4 weeks — it's too late for this
  • If you're in the right column, take Full Service instead — or nothing at all. We'd rather tell you that now than take your money.

    Founding batch

    10 seats. Starts August.

We're capping the first batch at 10 so we can actually pay attention to each of you — and because the curriculum is new and we want it to be excellent before we scale it.

8 live sessions (90 min, weekly)
    One private 20-minute 1:1 in Week 4
Every template, checklist and tool unlocked
WhatsApp group that stays open through decision season
₹15,000 — half the standard price, because you're helping us build it
We'll review and come back within 24 hours. No payment now.
    Questions

    Fair things to ask.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded and shared. But the live slot is genuinely the product — the accountability only works if you're in the room. If you'll miss more than two, wait for the next batch.

Will you write or edit my SOP?

We'll teach you the structure, tear down real examples, and you'll get peer review plus feedback from us. We won't write it or do line-by-line rewrites — that's Full Service. Admissions committees can tell when an essay isn't in your voice.

    Why only 10 people?

Because it's the first batch and we want it to be excellent before we run it at 20. You get more attention than anyone in later cohorts will, at half the price.

    Is ₹15,000 refundable?

If you attend Week 1 and it isn't for you, tell us before Week 2 and we'll refund you in full. After that we can't, because the seat is gone and the cohort is capped.

Can I upgrade to Full Service later?

Yes — and your ₹15,000 comes off the price if you upgrade during the programme.

    Do you guarantee admission?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Admissions decisions belong to universities. What we guarantee is that you'll actually finish your applications, properly, on time.
